We are here to help every child in need

KISANSO International Children Foundation (KICF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for underprivileged children. We operate in alignment with biblical principles, emphasizing compassion and service. Founded by Mrs. Yvonne Kumwimba M. Mwamba in 2014, KICF is fully registered and licensed under the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) in Lusaka, Zambia, since 2020.

Our Objectives

Every child deserves love, protection, and education regardless of their gender, background, or physical inabilities

Promotion of Christian Values

To instill and promote Christian values, expanding the love of Christ to underprivileged children and nurturing their spiritual development.

Access to Quality Education

To ensure that every child, irrespective of gender or socioeconomic background, has access to quality education. We collaborate with established schools or learning centers to offer scholarships and empower children with knowledge that breaks the cycle of poverty

Nutrition and Healthcare Provision

To provide adequate nutrition and healthcare to vulnerable and orphaned children. This includes the regular provision of meals, health check-ups, access to medical facilities, and raising awareness around adopting healthy lifestyles

Psychosocial support and protection against societal vices

To fully protect vulnerable and orphaned children from social vices, such as drug, alcohol abuse and provide psychological support. We achieve this through the provision of sports programs, meaningful leisure activities, counseling services for children who have experienced trauma or loss and advocating for their needs and rights through community participation, social initiatives, workshops, and campaigns.

We pursue our mission through an integrated approach, encouraging target communities to engage and invest in education, human health, and various social initiatives to support underprivileged children
